Verse 1.2
Bhagavad Gita Verse 1.2
सञ्जय उवाच
दृष्ट्वा तु पाण्डवानीकं व्यूढं दुर्योधनस्तदा ।

Does this give you any hint?
Do you know the value of time? Wake up and start observing the discipline of timeliness.
Right after laying down the parameters and governing codes for attainment of Truth, observance of TIME is displayed upfront.
And what is Time? Is it really to be regarded? Is there any use in following Time? Do you think you should follow Time? Ponder over it my friend. Look back and from your experience decide if maintaining Time ever helped you? If it ever helps success in life ask yourself?
A timely answer is the hallmark of verse 1.2 And the answer is given by Sanjaya, a person who is adept in law.
Sanjaya said -
Having seen the Pandava army arrayed for battle, the King Duryodhana approached his Teacher up close, and spoke the words...Gita 1.2
Highlights of Sanjaya's answer.
He begins with the questioner's son. He begins the narration with a topic that is most dear to the questioner.
Consider for a moment that you ask someone something. How shall the reply be of any use to you if it doesn't immediately catch your attention? Can a bare Truth be spoken if it is irrelevant? Can a lecture be started if it begins uninterestingly, dully, or out of context? Can education be imparted without engaging the student?
Is there any sense in touching the heart strings of the listener? Is there any merit in making a topic interesting to the hearer?
Ponder about it my friend and if you are in the education domain learn from this and apply it to your work and business.
If you are a parent apply this twin practices of timely response and engaging response when talking to your child or teen.
राजा दुर्योधनः तदा
Then the king Duryodhana
